	Sensui/Itsuki Links Information Canon or Fan-made? The pairing between Sensui and Itsuki is considered Canon, it is actually in the series in some way. It is, however, a seemingly one-sided Canon pairing. The series does not make Sensui's feeling towards his partner clear, but it does tell exactly how the latter feels. Sensui Shinobu Sensui was the Reikai Tantei, spirit detective in the dubbed, up until about ten years before Yusuke first became his replacement. He was born with the ability to see, and destroy Youkai. He had a very "Black and White" view of the world, and thought that Ningens were good and Youkai were bad. But just before he disappeared he witnessed a cruel human ritual, called Feast of Human Vices, that caused him to turn against humans and start believing Youkai to be the better ones. That night, and the years that followed, he created six extra personalities, though only two of them are intoduced in the series(another one is mentioned). After the Urameshi team wins the tournament Sensui turns up with a plan to open the gates to the Makai and release all of the upper level Youkai, thus ending humanity. (And that is where my spoilers stop) Codename: Black Angel Itsuki Itsuki is a Yaminata, a Youkai with six extra arms that can move independent of their master. He is Sensui's right hand man, and happens to be in love with Sensui's original personality(He also has feelings for the female personality). Itsuki met Sensui while he was still Reikai Tantei(see below). After they got to know each other Itsuki became Sensui's Partner as Reikai Tantei, but since this time of him life was never described in detail I have to move on. He was there the night Sensui witnessed the "Feast." He also disappeared when Sensui did, and also reappeared ten years later. Itsuki has a pet named Ura Otoko, who seems to be his own demension. (I can't remember the actual name, sorry) Itsuki was the one in charge of openning the tunnel. Codename: Gatekeeper Background In the beginning I suppose you could call Itsuki a stalker. Many Youkai were drawn towards the young Reikai Tantei and he was no exception. The difference being that other Youkai wanted Sensui dead, and Itsuki fell in love with him. He started killing random Youkai who wanted Sensui dead but when Sensui found out he wasn't grateful. Sensui chased Itsuki down was about to kill the youkai when he asked Itsuki if he had anything to say before he died. Itsuki asked for one more day to live, and when asked why he replied that his favorite comedy aired its final episode the next day and he wanted to watch it. Sensui watched the same comedy so he let Itsuki live. KB's Opinion Yeah, yeah, I know that this is the unimportant part but everyone has their own. Personlly I like the Sensui/Itsuki pairing over the Itsuki/Sensui pairing, as you can probably tell from the way I have the page titled. That means I like Sensui to be seme, or 'top,' and Itsuki to be uke, or 'bottom.' I don't know why, and I have been told I'm crazy for liking this because in the series Shinobu, the original personality, is very girly. I just like this order better I guess; I have the habit of getting one pairing style in my head and sticking with it so you anti-Sensui=Seme/Itsuki=Uke people can get over it, I don't think I could change my opinion if I wanted to..... that's jsut the way I am.
